岗位职责：: -  Candidates should have - Minimum of Six years in Engineering and three years
experience in a Quality Assurance role gained in electronics manufacturing.
-  Experience with new product introduction in volume manufacturing specifically
product qualification, product and factory readiness reviews (gates). This is a
minimum 6 year Engineer degreed professional position.
-  Ability to work with the minimum of supervision; specifically, must have ability to
make decisions on their own.
-  Excellent communicator at all levels (Must be able to work with development team, suppliers and manufacturing to address and new product quality issues.)
-  Must have methodical NPI gate review and DVT process with ability to capture and document report writing skills. including failure analysis and root cause
-  Detail knowledge of DVT test: signal analysis, halt test, and acceleration reliability test. voltage margin, sssessment of mechanical manufacturability, and basic electronic and mechanical trouble shooting using common electrical/mechanical Lab tools.
-  Ability to document and follow through with design./manufacturing team on issues found in DVT.
- Ability to perform mechanical tolerance analysis and component/subassembly electrical failure analysis and root cause.
