岗位职责：: Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering field
机械工程领域本科及以上学历.
2 years of leading experience at Design department at least and 5 years or above of design experience
in mechanical products. Work experience in plastic machinery industry will be a plus
两年以上带领设计团队的经历及5年以上机械设计经验，塑料机械行业经验更佳。
With good understanding of manufacturing and assembly process and cost structure
熟悉制造及装配流程，熟悉制造及装配成本构成
Experience on new product development project control
新产品开发项目控制经验
Good at CAD and MS Office. Experience of Solidwork CAD and CAM will be a plus
精通CAD及 MS 办公软件, 有Solidwork CAD and CAM使用经验更佳.
Outstanding team working spirit and excellent communication skills
良好的团队精神及沟通技巧
Fluent English or German in speaking, writing and reading
熟练的英文或德文听、说、写能力

Responsibility:

Leading mechanical design department

As the main interface, in charge of technical communications with parallel departments and parent companies based in Germany;

Project management in new product design and new product launch;
新产品开发的项目管理
Mechanical machines design;

Technical support for sales, manufacturing, assembly and procurement department during production and launch of new products
