岗位职责：: To develop and maintain our key customers in Shanghai area . Get a deep understanding on Customers Markets in order to develop strong action plans to boost a profitable business.

Objective:
-To get a deep knowledge of Control cabinets area or machine builder in terms of Specifications, business access and develop concrete actions plan.
-To lead yearly target of key customers Order-intake, Sales and Time to Market.
-To have a smart reading on market and detect innovation which can be deploy in our Business.
-To deploy Best practices (successful story) done in other customers.
-To get a strong view on our competitors actions in east of China (Shanghai & Jiangsu area).
-To coordinate all actions with European side.

Internal Relationships
Corporate project, engineering and supply chain.
External Relationships
Customers of Tetra Pak and other ones in Shanghai area.

Requirement：
-Educational Requirements (Type of degree and fields of major required):
-BA degree and electrical or electronics engineering as major is preferred
-Electrical Utility experience will be must
-Familiar with control cabinet knowledge
-Work in European and American company experience will be better
-Good ability in speaking and writing English
-The following ability are we required : Motivation /regulation /Social skill /Financial knowledge /Communication skills.
