5. Minimum 8 years working experience in the quality fields
6. Experience in Diecasting industry will be a plus
7. Strong time management and project management

职位职责：主要任务 Key Tasks:
1. Implement and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and the EHS System (ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001) in accordance with established standards
2. Manage internal and external audit system to achieve and maintain required certification(s)
3. Effectively manage department resources to carry out the inspection in the factory and suppliers
4. Ensure effective non-conformity management by related teams and provides necessary support. Initiate improvements and corrective actions
5. Improve quality/safety awareness and focus within the organization by training and coaching
6. Liaison with class societies and authorities
7. Monitor and analyse quality trend to provide feedback to related parties
8. Follow up and implement the latest legislation associated to EHS aspect 9. Assist the GM to achieve team and Co. objectives and for other specific detailed tasks
