岗位职责：

1. Maintain safe work standards that meet all legal requirements.2. Provide Interface between field base associates, product managers, sales and marketing management, new and advanced product developments, CIT, planning, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure the customer specifications are correct, understood by all, and reflect manufacturing capabilities of AJTF.3. Responsible for processing and maintaining up to date product, machine, and position specifications requested by the customer, sales, manufacturing, or product manager. Responsibility includes interfacing with NPD, plant scheduling, and product manager on new position and specification changes.4. Maintain Product Variant lists/count and support variant management with application/customer analysis.5. Responsible to review all Suzhou orders against customer specifications including accurate length, width, GSM, air permeability, and caliper targets and approve order for manufacturing.6. For New Position/Trial/Rebuild/Machine Start Up orders - Responsible for contacting Field/PM to gather technical data and resolve discrepancies and create/maintain accurate customer specifications. The focus is on getting new position items specified correct so clean repeats do not require additional attention. 7. Interface with CIT group and planning on changes made to customer specifications for in-process fabrics. 8. Interface with CIT team for systematic design related quality concerns and to adjust targets to match confirmed process norms.9. Participate in CIT functions as needed, including physical property testing and data analysis.10. Work to standardize and improve all aspects of the design, applications and marketing team process to the benefit of our external and internal customers. 11. Interact with Global associates to improve order process accuracy and reduce cycle time
