职位信息

岗位职责：: 质量标准制定：负责制定制程Control Plan、相关检验标准作业指导及检验记录表；根据内外部要求，优化、更新相关质量标准；督促整个检验过程按照规程操作。
Make quality standards: responsible for making the control plan of the process, relevant work instructions and inspection records; optimizing and updating relevant quality standards according to internal and external requirements; and drive the entire inspection process to operate in accordance with the regulations.
- 质量异常处理：处理或组织相关部门分析和处理生产过程中的质量异常；进行客诉处理；对生产质量异常和客诉不良进行原因分析，制定改善措施，并跟进和彻底解决异常不良。
Quality abnormal handle: processing or organizing relevant departments to analyze and deal with quality anomalies in the production process; conduct customer complaints handling; analyze the causes of abnormal production quality and customer complaints, formulate improvement measures, and follow up and completely solve abnormalities.
- 新品质量控制：参加新产品导入阶段试产；负责编制质量方面的试产报告，并对试产问题点进行分析跟进，直至关闭，使量产顺利导入。
New products quality control : Participate in the trial production of the new product introduction stage; be responsible for compiling the trial report on quality, and analyze and follow up the trial production point until it is closed, so that the mass production can be smoothly introduced.
- 质量改善：主导推动质量改善项目的进行，定期汇报改善专项报告
Quality improvement :lead quality improvement projects, report improvment action plan results
- 质量评审：评估产品质量与工程规格，检验标准和客户要求的符合性
Quality review : uate products quality, standards and customer requirements alignments
- 质量协调：推动质量管理活动，督导所属人员，评价质量记录的审核
Quality coordination : drive quality management activity, monitor implementation, uate the quality records
- 内部人员培训：负责现场检验人员的检验技能培训及考核
Internal training : QC skill training and exam
- 内外部试验：进行内外部的试验和产品验证
Internal and external tests: Conduct internal and external tests and product validation
- 完成领导交给的其他任务与汇报产品质量控制,通过测试、控制、改进流程及运用QC七大手法和质量工具来提升产品质量。
Other tasks assigned by managers and report quality control, test pass, improve process, improvement on quality tools

任职要求：: 1.Bachelor degree or above(electrical/mechanical), at least 4 years’ quality related working experience at manufacturing industry， Prefer has cable manufacturing, harness, connector quality engineer experience.

2.Good at data analysis, logic thinking & high learning agility

3.Certificated ISO9001 internal auditor, familiar with QMS, 7 QC quality tools.

4.Proactive, innovative thinking

5.Fluent in English; Good skill of MS-Office
